This is the 4th year that St. Joseph Catholic Church in Libertyville, Il. is involved with the Appalachian Service Project (ASP) with teens and adults giving a week of their summer to help others in need of better housing in Appalachia. This year we have 75 teens and 32 adults going on the trip and working out of 2 centers in Eastern Kentucky during the week of July 14, 2013. Each day starting on July 13th we'll be blogging and you'll read firsthand accounts from the teens and adults of their thoughts and experiences working with the families and the housing projects.
